Fair, transparent and timely
You may make a complaint to Broking For You or directly to BMIA Broker Network at no charge.
BMIA's internal dispute resolution process is intended to deal with complaints fairly and promptly. If an eligible complaint remains unresolved, or you are dissatisfied with BMIA's response, you may take it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, a free and independent external dispute resolution service.

External dispute resolution
If an eligible complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may be able to lodge it with AFCA. AFCA provides independent financial-services complaint resolution and is free to consumers. Eligibility and time limits can apply.
